The purpose of this Citizens’ Initiative is to conserve Shingle Hill forever and to foster superior options for affordable housing in Manchester.  We're committed to the principles embodied in Manchester's Housing Production Plan and in the vision of the Affordable Housing Trust.  We seek to enhance our vibrant community, address true needs for affordable housing, and pose neither environmental nor economic harm to the Town.  This Initiative encourages active engagement from ALL members of this town.  We need your support!
