Citizens by the Sea is ​composing a series of open letters to SLV, the recently formed development company which has proposed to erect a 157-unit multifamily complex on top of the pristine wilderness of Shingle Hill.

As you might imagine, we have a long list of questions for the developer. We write not in any official capacity, but simply as citizens wishing the  best for our town.  The content of the letters is listed below, and you can find links to the full letters here as well.

• Open Letter One: pertains to the safety of the proposed development to those families who will live in it.

• Open Letter Two: pertains to the ways in which SLV proposes that the project will comply with the requirements of the State for eligibility for a Comprehensive Permit.
